How do we meet high demands on quality and security in order fulfilment?
Our IQNet Certificate shows, that Mühle implemented and maintains a Quality Management System for contract packing, storage, secondary packaging, commissioning and dispatch of medical products.
Mühle is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2015, according to DIN EN ISO 13485 : 2016 + Ber. 1 : 2017-07, EN ISO 13485 : 2016 + AC : 2016 and ISO 13485 : 2016 for the storage and packaging of medical devices. We also have an organic certification according to Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 u. No. 889/2008 (Test Association for Processing Organic Agricultural Products, Karlsruhe).
Your goods are insured for a max €35,000 per damage event as soon as we receive them. You can find more details in the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions and within in our own general terms.
At Mühle we ensure the highest level of security by using continuous video surveillance, motion detectors and contact protection. Our spaces for processing aerosol-based products, comply both structurally and in terms of fire protection, to all dangerous goods regulations. We monitor both temperature and humidity 24/7.
